 Our History
Simple Graces was founded in 2004 based on bringing friends together in a relaxed, social environment.
The initial idea developed into a direct selling company modeled on an in-home tea party that
celebrates friendships and promotes a healthy lifestyle through the enjoyment of tea and tea-based
products. In January of 2005, the Company conducted its first test marketing parties, and in
February we began refining our product selection and party structure. During this time, the Company
recruited its first independent sales consultants. Today, Simple Graces continues to learn, grow and
expand. Currently, we have independent sales consultants in ten states and corporate offices in
Virginia. We believe the best is yet to come and have set a goal to recruit sales consultants in the
48 continental states by the end of 2006.
