Roger Booker
President and Chief Executive Officer

Roger is the founder and visionary of Simple Graces. He has more than twenty years of executive management experience with start-up and Fortune 500 companies. Roger is a visionary leader and passionately committed to the expansion and success of everyone associated with the Company. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and Denver Seminary.


Beth Mennelle
Vice President, Sales and Consultant Care

Beth brings more than fifteen years of direct selling and management experience to the Company. Her career includes eleven years as part of a top direct selling company, The Pampered Chef. Beth leads our sales and consultants care program in a variety of disciplines including recruiting, leadership development and formulating strategies for success. She inspires, coaches, motivates and trains others to achieve both corporate and individual goals. Beth is a graduate of Alfred University.

Matt Hollenbeck
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Matt has over fifteen years of marketing, sales, business development, and general management experience. He served as Northeast Regional Director for the Starbucks Coffee Company and was directly involved with the Tazo Tea brand product launch. Matt is a graduate of Wayne State College and brings to the Company a diverse background in marketing and product development for new food and beverage concepts.


Robert Emery
CFO and Vice President Administration

Bob is a seasoned, senior financial executive and certified public accountant who brings over twenty years of experience in the areas of business formation, financing, infrastructure creation, and transition from privately held to public company. He has raised over $95M in private and public equity and is a graduate of U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis.


Sarah Butler
Director of Operations

Sarah manages our day- to-day operations from purchasing, order entry, inventory control, warehousing, shipping, etc. She manages it all, keeps a smile on her face, and is one of the pleasant voices you are likely to hear when you call Simple Graces.

Pauline Johnson
Director of Art and Media

Pauline not only creates original artwork for Simple Graces, she designs tools that help Simple Graces' consultants build their businesses. Whether designing graphics for the web site, painting an art piece for the Tea Party invitations, or compiling a digital photo for the catalog, she focuses on visually portraying the core values and culture of the Simple Graces family.
